The signs that spring is coming!!!! Loving the purple hairdo on these buds.
I’m not the only one enjoying the sun! This little mushroom was really soaking it up.
My grandma used to preserve food. I remember going into her pantry and it being full of jars. Jams, peaches, pickles, chutney, sauces... Its something that’s been on my mind for years. It’s unfortunate that she was never able to show me the process. But in any case I received canning equipment over the holidays and gave it a try. This is a game changer for my summer harvests! Have you tried this??
I was admiring the ice surrounding the branch but noticed the single web. Then I was admiring the spider enduring the outdoors and while I generally hide from these cold elements the spider must go on spinning webs.
Went for a stroll on the weekend and it was sunny but chilly. I turned a corner and saw this! These ferns haven’t seen the sun in a day or two by the looks of it. Looking closer they were covered in water crystals. I’m easily entertained but nature is so mesmerizing don’t you think?
A view into nature. It felt really really good to get outside and into the mountains to enjoy the crisp air and some snow.
